Welcome to The Co-op at 1st. A place that is good for mind and body. A place full of possibility and opportunity. Local everything from Colorado farmers and growers, chefs and artisans. A commercial kitchen. Office space with shared resources. A place to shop. To eat and to drink. A place to enjoy coffee with a friend. A place to enjoy events and be part of a community. A place to literally call your own.

Our priority is to make sure that everyone in our community has access to affordable, nutritious food which is why we accept SNAP benefits and EBT for all of our food services, both subscription-based and in the market. When our neighbors are happy, our neighborhoods thrive, and we are here to support and fuel our Denver neighborhoods through food assistance and accessibility, energy assistance and more!

Free breakfast and lunch to children 18 and under. After you sign up for your My Food Box, all you have to do is list the number of children in your household and we will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches for each child.

This program runs through September 28, 2021.

We can help you keep the lights on in your home thanks to a great program through Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC). We can help you get up to $1,000 of relief once per year to make sure that you and your family have the energy you need to live happy and safe.

(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Help feed your family. This program, formerly known as food stamps, will help you acquire an EBT card that you can use at different stores and markets, like ours, to make sure that you and your family have consistent access to nutritious and affordable food. SNAP benefits can be used in our market or on our food box subscription.

Double Up matches your purchases dollar for dollar up to $20 a day that can be used on fruit and vegetables. This program is designed to make sure that you are getting the most nutritious food possible to keep you and your family healthy. We also accept Double Bucks for the My Food Box subscription so you can use your benefits while still taking advantage of the convenience that the subscription offers. Between SNAP benefits and Double Bucks, you’re sure to get the nutritious food you and your family deserve!
